GPTMini uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations. This notice explains how information is handled on this website.
Information you provide. When you request a demo, we ask for your name, company and email address. You may also tell us what you would like AI to help with and which systems hold your information. Those additional details are optional. Please do not submit confidential business records, passwords or other credentials.
How we use it. We use your information to review your request, contact you and prepare for a relevant demonstration. Sending a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Processing and storage. Your request reaches us as an email. We use established service providers to host this website and to deliver and store our email; they handle your information on our behalf and only as needed to provide those services.
What is recorded automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information about visits, including your network address, the time and details of the request. We use this to operate the website, investigate problems and protect against abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
The demo request form keeps no database of submissions and does not store your message separately. Limited technical details are held briefly to prevent duplicate and repeated submissions.
Access is limited to GPTMini and to service providers acting on our behalf, as needed for those purposes.
Cookies and analytics. This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics and does not set tracking cookies. Links to other websites take you to services governed by their own privacy notices.
Retention and requests. We retain enquiry emails while needed to respond to your request and manage any resulting business relationship. Technical records are kept only as long as needed to operate and protect the website. Information may also need to be retained for legal obligations. Deletion from provider backups can follow the provider’s retention processes.
To ask about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form on this website. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Website enquiries and local AI. This website’s enquiry form sends us an email. It is separate from the local AI systems described on the site. The animated examples use fictional sample data and do not query your business systems.
Updates. We will update this notice when our practices change and display the date of the latest revision.
